Quaking (Moderate)

The ground is shaking, and rocks crash down from the cavern ceiling above. The area your character is in is under the effects of an earthquake, ground shake, or creation of a fissure that makes the world unstable.

Complication

This Complication applies to any attempt to movement actions that require a roll and combat actions made in the area.

Consequence

If not bought off, the character risks taking damage, falling prone, or not being able to make additional move actions after successfully completing their action.
