Having fast reflexes can be useful for a lot of situations. However, there’s a difference between having fast reflexes, and having near-instantaneous reflexes. Your character has learned to respond almost via instinct to near any situation. Gain +1 Enhancement when your enhanced reflexes give you an edge, including Initiative rolls.
