Authority vs. Benefice

They offer Benefice because they have decided that it is right to do so. They do not seek to lift up those beneath them, for nothing will elevate humans to the level of the Annuna. The closer one is to Anu, the more Authority one has, and that Authority is always absolute, and from this absolutist structure of Authority arises harmony, or at least, the Annuna conception of it.
