When you host some event with guests, you can present everyone with a gift. The gift may be of any sort, but it is unique to each person and utterly appreciated. If the receiver is a player character, they decide what gift would be most appreciated by their character.

For a number of characters equal to your Legend+1, upon receiving their gift, they gain the condition ‘Jubilant’ giving you (and only you) +2 enhancements on attempts to influence them as long as this Legend is invested. Trivial characters do not count towards this limit.

You may spend the imbued legend to call in a social obligation, compelling one character to give a gift or favor in return. You may make one request of them. They suffer a +3 complication on any action that is not complying with your request. After the Legend is spent in this fashion, all conditions granted by this boon are lifted.
