When people look at you, they see more then a person, they see an unstoppable force. With you around, they feel like they can take on the world and will not stop until you do.

For every point of damage you’ve taken during the current scene (including to armor), you can give one temporary Health Box to another person. Each other person can only gain a single health box in this way, and a group of people with a collective Health pool (such as followers) share this benefit collectively.
