For every Tier you are above another character you’re directly affecting with an action, increase the Enhancement by one. For example, a shift attitude action would benefit from additional Enhancement, but shift atmosphere would not. Characters who have a negative attitude toward you are jealous of or intimidated by your body. They suffer +1 Complication to act against you in front of an audience, revealing their insecurities if they don’t buy off the Complication.
