You can withdraw this blessing from someone at any time, potentially leaving them with a catastrophic hangover if they’ve still got stuff in their system.

Once per arc, you can also treat a night of heavy partying and carousing as a special minor sacrifice for regaining Legend (Scion: Hero, p. 189), which doesn’t count toward your usual limit.
