You place the condition “On Thin Ice.” upon one person that lasts the rest of the scene. After their chosen action (but before their roll) you may verbally ‘Object” to their action as a violation of civil procedure. The difficulty of their action then increases by 1 if they choose to proceed as intended. The rules of proceedure are decided by the laws in the place you are, however compliance is interpreted by your own discretion. If you are in a place with no laws whatsoever, this condition has no effect. This condition lasts until the end of the scene. The target must be able to hear your objection even if they do not understand your words.
