Once per scene, when you share food, drink, or some other moment of quiet or respite with acharacter, you may ask one of the following:

• How are you connected to [a particular community], and what does it mean to you?
This connection adds two dice to a Bond pool with that character. If no Bond currently exists, they instead gain one for the remainder of the session — usually camaraderie or friendship, but the characters’ players have final say. This power can be used on other player characters only with that player’s consent.

You can recognize whether a character is related to another whom you have met, whether by a blood lineage or a social legacy such as mentorship, shared membership in an organization, or found family. When leveraging this sense, you gain +3 Enhancement to investigate leads, establish relationships, and perform similar Procedural actions that benefit from intuition about social connections and obligations. Characters of your Tier or higher may conceal their lineages from you with magic, provoking a Clash of Wills with Manipulation + Legend against your Cunning + Legend.

You sanctify a shared meal with the spirit of community and kinship. Anyone who freely partakes of it can sense if another guest is harmed, distressed, or in danger, and the general nature of the related trouble. Players can spend 1 Momentum for their characterto arrive in time to intervene with that situation, regardless of distance, barriers, and other obstacles. When guests undertake teamwork, the maximum Enhancement bonus increases to 5. Once per session, you may use this Boon without imbuing Legend; guests retain its benefits until their next meal.
