Dvoeverie Boons

HIDDEN WORSHIP

Cost: None
Range: Short
Subject: Self
Action: Reflexive
Scions of the Bogovi have learned to sustain themselves without drawing unnecessary attention from other Gods. Once per session, when an ally regains Legend by performing a minor or major sacrifice, you regain a point as well.
If you use this Boon while under the effect of the Mnogoverie Boon (Scion: Demigod, p. 174), you can turn it to a more aggressive use instead. Once per session, when you are in a sacred place dedicated to the Pantheon or Titan whose Virtue you are borrowing through Mnogoverie, you can siphon some of its power to regain a point of Legend immediately without performing a sacrifice.

MNOGOVERIE

Cost: Imbue 1 Legend
Duration: One Scene or until ended
Subject: Self and one divine or Titanic target
Action: Simple
Description: The Bogovi are masters of adaptation, adept at reconciling their faith and magics with those of a foreign bent. Choose a Scion, God, Titan, or other entity possessing a Virtue trait. By imbuing Legend, you may adopt a single foreign Virtue from that entity for the scene regardless of your current Virtue score; the chosen Virtue replaces your Wayward Virtue. This acts in all ways as if it were a standard Virtue. If you are in the Virtuous Condition for your foreign Virtue, you may replace this Boon with a Boon from the modeled pantheon’s Specific Purview, benefitting from the Boon, the PSP motif, and the innate power of the Purview. Resolving the Virtuous Condition on the foreign Virtue ends this Boon’s effects.

VOLEVOI

Cost: Spend 1 Legend
Duration: One scene or until ended
Subject: One character or multiple trivial characters
Range: Medium
Action: Simple
Description: When in the presence of a Bog with the strongest convictions, others find themselves blistering against their strength of purpose. You radiate an aura causing one character or multiple trivial characters to be unable to look at you. An affected character suffers a 3-point Complication on any action that can bring you physical harm; this also applies to Clash rolls, as it’s difficult to work miracles in the face of the Bog’s un- nerving certitude. If you are in the Virtuous Condition, this effect adds +1 defensive Scale instead. Should you attack an affected target, the effect ends immediately.
