Not truly an alchemical transubstantiation, you can turn one fully formed magical item into another one partially or completely. You may rearrange your Relic Birthright dots however you choose, including turning one Relic into another one entirely. The effect lasts for as long as you imbue Awareness in this Boon, at which point your Relic reverts back to its normal form.
