You are capable of fantastic bursts of movement and increases in velocity, but speed kills. You gain +1 Scale for purposes of Speed and movement, but suffer from two Complication: Collateral Damage when you take advantage of your speed. Unresolved points of this complication directly add to the Collateral pool. If not using the Collateral Pool rules, unresolved Collateral Damage instead cause you to inadvertently damage either something important in the scene, or your own equipment.
