You can watch another person’s dreams while they sleep and insert yourself into them if you come into physical contact with them (either in the dream or the real world). Doing so puts that person into a lucid dreamer state as well, allowing them control over their own dream. While in the Dreamlands, you are considered to have +1 Leadership Scale.
